BuildingEffective February 4, 2019, the Clark County Department of Building and Fire Prevention has adopted the 2018 International Building Codes. All permit applications (except standard plans) filed from this date forward must adhere to the 2018 Building Codes. Below are local amendments to the adopted codes.FireOn January 22, 2019 the Board of Clark County Commissioners approved an Ordinance which adopted the 2018 International Fire Code with local amendments for Clark County and adopting a new fee schedule. The new code is effective as of February 6, 2019.
